I’m Tamryn, a certified RYT 200 yoga instructor and the founder of A Beautiful Day Collective. With over ten years of yoga practice, I’ve navigated my own mental health challenges, to find balance through yoga.
My classes focus on mental well-being and bring you to a place of inner calm. I’m passionate about helping you find balance, reduce stress, and enhance your overall mental clarity and emotional resilience.
